GuessThePassword is a puzzle game. Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect the minimum amount of data required for the game to function.

Data Collection

This app only collects the following data:

• Hacker Alias (Username): If you choose to submit a username, it is stored securely to identify you on the leaderboard.
• No other personal information is collected (real name, email, phone, etc.)
• No advertising SDKs or ad networks are used

Local Storage

Game progress (current level, star ratings, and best scores) is saved locally on your device using standard browser storage (localStorage). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not accessible by any third party
• Can be cleared at any time by resetting your game progress in the app settings or clearing the app's data through your device settings

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (a secure backend service) solely to store your chosen "Hacker Alias" and game scores. We do not use any third-party analytics platforms or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

This app does not collect any data from any user, including children. The game content is suitable for all ages.

Permissions

This app does not request any device permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, etc.).

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
